Please view our download page, we have ready wifi, English, reset firmware and their instructions for you to download.
- What power and specificaiton of adapter do I need?
If you don't powering other device, you can use 12V3A adapter. The specification of the adapter DC header is 5.5-2.1.
- Can you tell me how long it will take me to receive the kit?
We need three days to test your kit and ship out after we receive your order. The tracking time is 8-14 days .
- Can I need to duty the customs fee or TVA?
If you choose the international express, You may to duty the customs fee or TVA, the tracking time is 8-14 days but exclude the customs fee and TVA.If you choose the special line, you don't need to duty the customs fee and TVA, the tracking time is 15-25 days but include the customs fee and TVA.You can choice the express or special line in payment.
- What language for the Onstep setting interface?
Default, The SWS interface language is English.
- Will your Onstep kit work with the iOS platform?
